Job Description
Job Title: Admission Counselor
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
Guide prospective students through the admission process.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Assist students in completing application forms and submitting required documents.
Maintain accurate student records and databases.
Achieve admission targets and support enrollment growth.
Conduct counseling sessions, campus tours, and admission-related activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Prior experience in counseling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
