Responsibilities:


  • Manage orders using order management software.
  • Process orders from confirmation to dispatch.
  • Coordinate with production, packing, and logistics teams.
  • Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documents.
  • Ensure accurate packing, timely dispatch, and update order status.
  • Maintain order records and resolve order-related issues.
  • Optimize marketplace presence: listings, promotions, and sales monitoring.
