Job Description

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers & Counsellors to join our team at Clearpath Immigration Private Limited.

Responsibilities:

  • Call leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Explain our Study Visa, Visitor Visa, Work Visa and PR services.
  • Understand client requirements and provide basic guidance.
  • Schedule appointments with counsellors.
  • Follow up with interested clients and maintain records in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English/Punjabi is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
  • Experience in telecalling, sales or customer service is preferred.
