Job Description
Company: Aspirare Communications Pvt. Ltd.🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- CMS Deployment & Configuration: Install and configure CMS platforms used for managing telecom content, subscriber data, and service provisioning.
- System Integration: Integrate CMS with other telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, billing platforms, and network management tools.
- Field Operations: Perform on-site installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of CMS-related hardware and software.
- Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure uptime of CMS infrastructure.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations, updates, and field reports.
- Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to clients and internal teams regarding CMS functionality and issues.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure CMS operations comply with telecom regulations, data protection standards, and internal security protocols.
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years in telecom field engineering with exposure to CMS platforms.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with telecom CMS tools
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to remote sites and work flexible hours.
