About the RolePROPDART is looking for confident, enthusiastic, and dedicated Female Telecallers to join our growing real estate team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with clients, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be working on our premium agricultural land projects and will receive complete training, guidance, and support to help you succeed.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain project details clearly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Conduct regular and timely follow-ups with interested leads.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or assigned system.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
• Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Candidate RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, mature, and professional personality.
• Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
• Dedicated, consistent, and self-motivated.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate is an advantage, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
