Job Description

Job Description (JD) – Accountant cum HR

Position: Accountant

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 7 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Qualification: B.Com with MBA (HR/Finance Preferred)

Age: 21 – 35 Years

Gender: Male candidate only.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other documentation.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Coordinate employee engagement and performance management activities.

Accounts & Finance

Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries.

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor payments.

Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

Monitor cash flow and maintain financial records accurately.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HR operations and payroll management.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and labor law compliance.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

B.Com with MBA (HR/Finance).

Minimum 7 years of experience in HR and Accounting functions.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
