Job Description

Job Title: Client Calling & Operations Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and confident person to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Call clients and provide information about our services.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
  • Handle day-to-day office and operational work.
  • Manage client records and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
  • Support the team in regular administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp.
  • Polite, responsible, and well-organized.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
