📝 Job Overview:We are hiring Telecaller Executives for a Domestic BPO Voice Process associated with Shri Ram Life Insurance. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining services, generating leads, and assisting customers professionally. Freshers looking to build a career in the BPO and customer service industry are encouraged to apply.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally

• Explain insurance products and services to customers

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities

• Maintain customer records and call details accurately

• Follow up with interested customers and prospects

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

• Provide excellent customer support and communication
