About the CompanyWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate should maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while ensuring hotel rooms and public areas are well maintained.

• Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby, and other public areas.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas as per hotel standards.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready before guest check-in.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost and found belongings to the supervisor.
• Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory in assigned areas.
• Follow hotel SOPs and safety guidelines at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams for room readiness.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior with guests.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of housekeeping procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Time management and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties.

• QualificationMinimum 10th or 12th Pass.
• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Housekeeping (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Preferred CandidateExperience in hotels, resorts, guest houses, or hospitality industry.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
