Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure that production schedules are followed and that products meet quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production staff.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production volumes, materials used, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production and address any challenges.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Factory Supervisor, or Manufacturing Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of production management and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
