Job Description
Job Title: Floor Manager

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Automobile Sector)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Floor Manager to oversee workshop operations, ensure efficient technician performance, and maintain high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate vehicles to technicians based on skill matrix and expertise
- Monitor and improve technician productivity and efficiency
- Ensure high-quality service delivery by all technicians
- Conduct regular inspections and identify areas for improvement
- Supervise daily workshop floor operations
- Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to technicians
- Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards
- Coordinate with team members to meet service targets and deadlines
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in the automobile industry
- Strong technical and operational understanding of workshop processes
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to monitor performance and implement improvements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
