1. Talk to patients and explain IVF treatment in simple words

2. Support couples emotionally during fertility treatment

3. Explain procedures, cost, and process clearly

4. Answer patient questions and clear doubts

5. Coordinate with doctors and nurses

6. Follow up with patients regularly

7. Maintain patient records confidentially

8. Help patients feel comfortable and confident
