About Us: We are a 10 years old Private Limited company working in the ecommerce industry as a dropshipping provider. While we started our business from Chennai, we have partnered 800+ warehouses across India. We are currently looking for telesales candidates who are looking for work from home opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilites:

• We'll share you leads on a Google Sheet on a daily basis.
• Call those leads who've shown interest in starting a reselling business
• Explain how Baapstore works — clearly, confidently, without reading from a script
• Answer their questions and handle objections on the call
• Follow up until they either join or clearly say no
• Update lead status in a simple tracker after every call
• Hit daily call targets and report numbers honestly

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in Hindi and English — you must be able to hold a real conversation
• Confident & Must able to sell our services
• Self-disciplined — no one will remind you to make your calls
• Honest — we will know if numbers are inflated
• Serious about staying — this is not a 2-month gig. You should be reliable as a long term candidate
• Patient — most leads convert on the 6th or 7th call, not the first. You need to patiently follow up at the time given by them.
• Accountability- when you do work from home, onus is on you to ensure that you are updating about work tasks on a daily basis.

You Must Have:

• Wifi Connection & Laptop
• Separate Mobile Number for work purpose
• You should use your own device for calls
• You should have a proper network for calls and browsing

Training:

• We give you phone and zoom based training on our business.

This is NOT for you if:

• You are applying to 10 jobs simultaneously on Apna
• You need constant supervision to stay productive
• You are looking for quick money with no real commitment
