Job Summary
As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the complete performance of the store.
You will lead from the front by closing high-value sales, building lasting customer relationships, mentoring your team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences every day.
You are expected to own every aspect of the business, not just sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
• Personally close premium and high-value sales.
• Lead the sales team from the shop floor.
• Drive achievement of monthly revenue targets.
• Achieve 100% attachment ratio on AMC and other value-added services.
• Maximize conversion from every walk-in customer.
• Improve average bill value and accessory attachment.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Handle premium and difficult customers with confidence.
• Resolve escalations professionally.
• Generate referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain exceptional Google Review ratings.
• Ensure every customer leaves with a memorable buying experience.
Store Operations
• Take complete ownership of the store.
• Ensure accurate billing and documentation.
• Maintain inventory discipline.
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse teams.
• Monitor stock availability and ageing.
• Ensure store presentation meets company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, display quality and visual merchandising.
Team Leadership
• Lead, coach and motivate a small sales team.
• Conduct daily morning sales huddles.
• Track individual performance.
• Train staff on products, selling skills and customer handling.
• Build a culture of accountability and ownership.
Business Ownership
• Own the branch P&L mindset.
• Monitor sales, margins and operational KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed without exception.
• Take responsibility for solving problems instead of escalating them.
Required Skills

Experience
• 4 to 10 years in Retail Sales.
• Minimum 2 years leading a retail team / closing high ticket sales
Preferred Experience
4 to 10 years of experience, Candidates should have strong customer relationship management skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a demonstrated history of successfully closing high-ticket B2C sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
