Pankh Workforce solution is hiring for - Client Relationship Associate (CRA)
Qualification - 12th passed/Graduation
CompletedExperience - Freshers and Experience
Skills - Excellent communication skills
Location- Sec 4,Noida .
Salary- For Freshers 15,100
including ESI card + 500 Attendance Bonus
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential donors/clients.
• Explain the objectives and work of organization.
• Maintain records of calls and donor interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Positive attitude and persuasive skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines• Basic computer knowledge
