Key Responsibilities● Engage with potential clients generated through social media platforms, website inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

● Connect with prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their requirements and expectations.

● Present our services, portfolios, brochures, and photography packages in a professional and persuasive manner.

● Create personalized quotations and proposals tailored to each client's needs and budget.

● Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups to nurture leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

● Build strong client relationships by delivering an exceptional consultation experience and maintaining regular communication.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, bookings, and client information in Google Sheets and CRM systems.

● Collaborate closely with the Operations and Production teams to ensure a seamless handover of confirmed projects.

● Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

● Generate repeat business and referrals through outstanding customer service and relationship management.
