Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student admissions and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other Corporate Companies . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate student leads through field visits, referrals, and promotional activities.
• Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and admission procedures.
• Conduct school, college, and corporate visits to build partnerships.
• Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
• Organize and participate in educational seminars, career guidance programs, and admission campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM or Excel.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for promotional activities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in educational sales, admissions, or business development is an added advantage.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
