Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and appoint new PCD Pharma franchise distributors across India.
- Generate leads through telecalling, digital platforms, social media, and referrals.
- Develop new business opportunities in untapped territories.
- Expand the company's franchise network.
- Sales & Client AcquisitionConvert inquiries into confirmed franchise partners.
- Present company profile, product portfolio, promotional inputs, and business proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Provide after-sales support to maintain long-term business relationships.
- Product PromotionExplain product features, benefits, and therapeutic advantages.
- Promote new product launches and special promotional schemes.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable product portfolios.
- Documentation & CoordinationVerify customer documents such as Drug License, GST, PAN, etc.
- Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of products.
- ReportingMaintain daily call reports and lead status.
- Update CRM with customer interactions.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
