Job Description
Job Responsibilities:-
Recruit new advisors.
Build and manage a team of advisors.
Generate business through your advisor team.
Generate leads from the open market.
Motivate and support advisors to achieve their targets.
Give training and guidance to advisors.
Do regular field visits to meet customers and advisors.
- Requirements:-
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, or Field Sales is preferred.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
