Job Description

कार्यालय की दैनिक साफ-सफाई एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखना।


चाय, पानी एवं अन्य आवश्यक रिफ्रेशमेंट की व्यवस्था करना।


ऑफिस के दस्तावेज, फाइलें एवं अन्य सामग्री को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुंचाना।


बैंक, कूरियर, डाकघर एवं अन्य बाहरी कार्यालय संबंधी कार्य करना।


ऑफिस स्टाफ एवं अधिकारियों को आवश्यक सहयोग प्रदान करना।


फोटोकॉपी, प्रिंटिंग, स्कैनिंग एवं दस्तावेजों के रख-रखाव में सहायता करना।


आगंतुकों एवं अतिथियों का स्वागत एवं मार्गदर्शन करना।


कार्यालय में आवश्यक स्टेशनरी एवं अन्य सामग्री की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने में सहयोग करना।


वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा सौंपे गए अन्य कार्यालयीन कार्यों का समय पर निष्पादन करना।


आवश्यक योग्यता:


न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं / 12वीं उत्तीर्ण।


कार्यालयीन कार्यों का सामान्य ज्ञान।


ईमानदार, जिम्मेदार एवं मेहनती व्यक्तित्व।


समय की पाबंदी एवं अनुशासन का पालन।


दोपहिया वाहन एवं वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
