Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment databases and reports.
Achieve monthly hiring targets and joining goals.
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
