About the Role
Shree Nakoda Tiles Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing and managing relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, architects, contractors, and other B2B clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new B2B business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, architects, contractors, and institutional clients.
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Identify market opportunities and gather competitor intelligence.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues from customers.
- Represent the company professionally and strengthen brand presence in the market.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (valid degree mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
