SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) – KITCHEN STEWARD
Job Title: Kitchen Steward
- Kaam Ki Jimmedariyan (Responsibilities)Kitchen ke sabhi utensils, crockery, cutlery, trays, aur cooking equipment ko saaf karna aur maintain rakhna.
- Kitchen area, washing area aur store area ki safai aur hygiene maintain karna.
- Dustbins ko samay par khali karna aur kachre ka sahi disposal karna.
- Kitchen staff ko zarurat ke anusaar utensils aur equipment uplabdh karwana.
- Floors, walls, sinks, tables aur kitchen machines ki regular cleaning karna.
- Food Safety aur Hygiene standards ka palan karna.
- Cleaning chemicals aur materials ka sahi aur surakshit upyog karna.
- Kitchen Supervisor ke nirdeshon ka palan karna aur diye gaye anya sambandhit kaam karna.
- Kitchen mein safai aur vyavastha (cleanliness & housekeeping) banaye rakhna.
- Duty ke dauran proper uniform aur safety gear pehenna.
- Working RequirementsSamay par duty par report karna.
- Saaf-suthri aur professional appearance maintain karna.
- Team ke saath milkar kaam karna.
- Hotel/Canteen/Restaurant ke niyamon ka palan karna.
- DeliverablesKitchen aur washing area ki daily safai.
- Sabhi utensils aur equipment saaf aur use ke liye ready rakhna.
- Hygiene aur cleanliness standards ko maintain karna.
Kitchen Steward ka mukhya kaam kitchen mein safai, utensils washing aur hygiene maintain karna hota hai taaki kitchen ka kaam smoothly chal sake.
