Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate accurate tax invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Verify Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), delivery challans, and customer details before billing.
- Generate GST invoices, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills as applicable.
- Maintain billing records in ERP/Tallyand ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for timely invoicing.
- Track outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for payments.
- Reconcile billing data with accounts and prepare daily/monthly billing reports.
- Resolve customer billing queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation.
