SALES FINANCE EXECUTIVE – Job Description
Work Location: kondotty, valanchery, manjery, Malappuram, Tirur, kottakkal.
Sitting -MYG/ Image/ Gulf Collections/ Kannankandy & other showrooms.
Job Role:
- Showroom-il varunna customers-ne EMI loan process cheythu kodukkuka.
- Mobile finance / EMI process handle cheyyuka.
- Mobile insurance, Personal Loan, mattu add-on products explain cheythu conversion increase cheyyuka.
- Customer documents collect cheythu upload cheyyuka.
- Loan approval process complete cheyyuka.
- Sales target achieve cheyyan focus cheyyuka.
Working Time:
10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Age Limit:
32 vayassinu thaazhe.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹20,000 CTC
- ₹18,000 In-hand
- PF + ESI included

Incentive Structure:
1. File Incentive
- 25 files vare – ₹50 per case
- 45 files vare – ₹100 per case
2. Insurance Incentive
- Premium amount-inde 4% (40% vare insurance conversion)
- Premium amount-inde 10% (40%-il kooduthal insurance conversion)
3. Personal Loan Incentive
- Loan amount-inde 0.85%
4. Collection Incentive
- Collection 90%-il kooduthal aanenkil additional incentive labhikkum.
