Quality Inspector/Machined Metal Parts

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates with valve industrial related experience preferable.
• should be ableto understand and work in computer for preparing Final inspection documents and inprocess relatted quality documents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling Instruments

Bore dial, slip gauge handling with Instrument Setting Knowledge & Stick Micrometer

• Knowledge of handling Line and Final Inspection
• Job measurement and report management.
• Communication through email with the Clients quality department
• Handling of Calibration Department
• Handling of micrometer Minimum (0 to 25mm) to Maximum 400mm
• Stage wise report preparation as per process flow drawing.

Documentation:

• Final Inspection related documents - ability to create Final inspection report / Material test reports / Part wise Balloon Drawings / Relevant documents related to 3.1 MTC self-certification format ( Preferable)
• Creating and maintaining accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and corrective actions (CAPA)
• Ability to prepare quality documents on the receipt of customer process drawing to be prepared stage wise.
• Basic knowledge in ISO 9001 2015 Quality and Calibration related documents
• knowledge in preparing and auditing document works towards ISO auditing

Problem Solving:

-Investigating quality problems, recommending corrective actions, and implementing solutions.

Communication Skills: 

-Ability to effectively communicate with various teams and stakeholders via - Telephone and Email
