we are hiring for Axis Max Life Insurance & Hdfc Life insurance , for the positions of Sales Development managers/ Buisness Development managers & Assistant sales manager


Qualification criteria - Degree pass& Above


Age criteria - Min 24 yrs to Max 42 yrs


Qualification - Degree pass & Above


Localite only preffered


Two wheeler is mandatory




  1. Recruitment of agents from Open market & generating life insurance business through agents
  2. IRDA licensing of agents
  3. Joint sales calls with agents
  4. Business generation through agents
