Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing high-performing campaigns, leading a team, and driving business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve campaign and business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and digital content.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including experience in a managerial or team lead role.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
