Job Description

Own your territory & sell Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Chillers & Water Treatment solutions to top pharma, food, chemical & HVAC companies.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through plant visits, networking, and strategic prospecting
  • Understand customer processes and recommend the most suitable technical solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: enquiry → proposal → negotiation → order closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets


Who can apply:

  • B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) or MBA
  • 2–3 yrs industrial B2B sales (preferred)
  • Good communication, Negotiation skills & field sales mindset
