Key Responsibilities – Business Development Executive (BDE)

1. Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential customers interested in selling, exchanging, or investing in gold.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, social media, events, and local networking.
2. Customer Acquisition
- Convert prospects into customers by explaining the company's services and benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
3. Promote Company Services
Educate customers about:
- Instant Gold Buying
- Gold Purity Evaluation
- Gold Exchange & Upgrade
- Release of Pledged Gold
- Gold Savings & Investment Schemes
4. Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities in assigned locations.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, jewelers, financial advisors, and community groups.
- Increase the company's customer base and market presence.
5. Sales Target AchievementMeet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Track sales performance and improve conversion rates.
6. Field Marketing & PromotionsConduct field visits and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and awareness programs.
- Distribute brochures and explain company offers.
7. Customer Follow-upFollow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Encourage repeat business and referrals.
8. Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate customer records and lead databases.
- Submit daily activity reports, sales reports, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
9. Market ResearchMonitor competitors' pricing, offers, and marketing activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer trends.
10. Team CollaborationWork closely with the branch team, marketing team, and management.
- Support promotional campaigns and company events.
11. Customer ServiceEnsure every customer receives professional and transparent service.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
12. ComplianceFollow all company policies, ethical standards, and applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
