Job Description

Qualification

  • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and psychrometrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for AHU and HVAC products.
  • Visit HVAC consultants, MEP consultants, architects, contractors, and end users.
  • Identify new projects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with the design team for AHU selections and drawings.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
  • Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Update CRM and submit daily visit and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with production and project teams for timely order execution.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of AHU design, ventilation systems, chilled water systems, and HVAC applications.
  • Ability to read tender documents, BOQs, and HVAC drawings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 20–25 customer visits per week.
  • 40–50 new enquiries per month.
  • 20–30 quotations submitted per month.
  • 5–8 technical presentations per month.
  • 3–5 new customers added every quarter.
  • Achievement of monthly sales and collection targets.

Salary Range (India)

  • Experience: 3–5 years
  • CTC: ₹3.0–5 LPA (depending on experience and location)
  • Incentive: Performance-based sales incentive (typically 0.25–1% of achieved sales or as per company policy)
