Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Balewadi, Pune
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs 15,000 to Rs 18,000 per month

We are hiring an Office Assistant for our office in Balewadi, Pune.
The role involves supporting daily office operations, maintaining office cleanliness, managing office pantry for staff and guests, handling basic administrative tasks, and assisting the team with local field work such as bank visits, courier, document collection, document drop-off, printing, scanning, photocopying, and file movement.
The candidate should be comfortable with both indoor office support work and outdoor field work within Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness of the office.
2. Serve water, tea, coffee, and snacks to visitors, clients, and team members when required.
3. Handle basic office work such as courier, printing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and document arrangement.
4. Visit banks, vendors, courier offices, client offices for document pickup and drop-off when required.
5. Perform other day-to-day office support and administrative tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Minimum Education: 10th pass.
2. Prior experience as an office assistant, office boy, peon, admin helper, field support staff, or office support staff.
3. Should be able to communicate in Hindi and Marathi.
4. Should be comfortable with local travel within Pune for office-related work.
5. Basic computer and printer usage preferred, such as printing documents, scanning, photocopying, saving files, and using WhatsApp/email for office communication.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Fixed salary: Rs 15,000 to Rs 19,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
2. Local travel reimbursement for work related travel will be provided as per company policy.
3. PF and ESIC will be applicable.
Working Days and Timing: Monday to Saturday (9:45 AM to 6:30 PM)
Important Note: This role involves office cleanliness, pantry support, visitor support, document handling, courier work, bank visits, and other local office-related work. Candidates looking only for desk/admin work may not be suitable.
