🚀 We're Hiring | Inside Sales Executive – Master Franchise Business
📍 *Location:* Multiple Locations
🏢 *Industry:* Automobile | Car Care | Franchise Business
### Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify Master Franchise leads.
* Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and client visits.
* Explain the Master Franchise business model, investment, and ROI to prospective partners.
* Follow up with leads until successful closure.
* Coordinate with the Business Development team for onboarding and documentation.
* Maintain lead records and update CRM regularly.
* Achieve monthly franchise acquisition and sales targets.
### Preferred Candidate Profile
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Franchise Sales, or B2B Sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Target-driven with strong relationship-building abilities.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Experience in Franchise Sales, Automobile, Car Care, or Distribution will be an added advantage.
