Job Description
Personal Sports & Activity Coach for Children (Age 5 & 10)
We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and child-friendly female coach with a strong sports background to work as a Personal Sports & Activity Coach for two children aged 5 and 10 years.
The role involves engaging the children in structured physical activities, outdoor games, fitness routines, sports fundamentals, discipline-building activities, and healthy daily habits in a positive and encouraging environment.
Work Timings: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Location: Sector 67
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct daily physical activity and sports sessions for children.
* Introduce age-appropriate sports skills, agility drills, coordination exercises, and fitness routines.
* Encourage an active lifestyle, discipline, teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship.
* Reduce excessive screen time through engaging activities and structured play.
* Accompany and supervise children during outdoor activities, cycling, park sessions, sports coaching, etc.
* Plan fun and varied routines including:
* Running & stamina exercises
* Basic strength and flexibility training
* Outdoor games, Yoga, meditation
* Reflex, coordination, and focus-building activities
* Maintain a safe, motivating, and positive environment.
* Assist in maintaining routine, punctuality, and healthy habits.
* Coordinate with parents regarding children’s progress, interests, strengths, and behavioral observations.
* Ensure children remain constructively engaged during evening hours.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Knowledge of child fitness, sports training, or physical education is an advantage.
* Non-smoker and good personal habits preferred.
* Only female candidates may apply.
Salary: 25-35K per month
Salary will be based on experience, sports background, personality, and overall suitability for the role.
