Job Description
- રોજનું પાઠ આયોજન કરવું અને બાળકોને સરળતાથી ભણાવવું.
- ગણિત, ગુજરાતી, પર્યાવરણ અને અંગ્રેજી વિષયો સરખી રીતે શીખવવા.
- ભણાવવા માટે વાર્તા, રમત અને ચિત્રોનો ઉપયોગ કરવો.
- વર્ગખંડમાં શાંતિ, શિસ્ત અને સ્વચ્છતા જાળવવી.
- બાળકોની નિયમિત કસોટી અને પરીક્ષા લેવી.
- દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીનું પ્રોગ્રેસ રિપોર્ટ કાર્ડ તૈયાર કરવું.
- ભણવામાં નબળા બાળકો પર ખાસ ધ્યાન આપવું.
- વાલીઓ સાથે મીટિંગ કરવી અને બાળકની પ્રગતિ વિશે જણાવવું.
- રોજ ઓનલાઈન હાજરી પૂરવી અને માર્ક્સ કમ્પ્યુટર પર અપલોડ કરવા.
- પ્રાર્થના સભા, રમત-ગમત અને સાંસ્કૃતિક કાર્યક્રમોનું આયોજન કરવું.
