Job Description

E-commerce Executive – Key Responsibilities



  1. Process and pack daily Myntra orders on the VMS platform.
  2. Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched within SLA timelines.
  3. Open and process customer returns on Myntra VMS.
  4. Scan and update returned products using WMS software.
  5. Maintain accurate order and inventory records.
  6. Coordinate with the warehouse team for smooth operations.
  7. Report order or return discrepancies promptly.
  8. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company SOPs.
