Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for loan and financial products.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Follow up with interested customers and explain product details.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer support.

Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ensure accurate documentation and data entry.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Prepare basic reports and maintain customer databases.
