Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company software.
- Call and follow up on provided leads.
- Explain software features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic product demonstrations over call (if required).
- Convince customers and close sales.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in the system.
- Handle basic English conversations with customers when required.
Required Skills:
- Basic English speaking and understanding skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to understand software features and explain them simply.
- Basic computer and mobile handling skills.
