Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and order-related communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including catalog, accounts, and customer support.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Analyze order performance, shipping costs, returns, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor service levels and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Operations, or Supply Chain Coordination.
  • Strong understanding of order management, logistics, and customer service processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
