Client Servicing Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Associate to support our Client Relationship Manager in handling existing clients. The role involves regular follow-ups, coordinating with clients for shoots, and ensuring strong relationship management.

*Key Responsibilities:

*Follow up with existing clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Coordinate with clients to schedule shoots and appointments
• Maintain and update client databases and follow-up records
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Assist in re-engaging inactive or old clients
• Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams
• Ensure timely responses and smooth client experience

Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with calling and client interaction
• Basic knowledge of CRM / Google Sheets
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Prior experience in client servicing, sales support, or coordination is a plus
• Preferred Skills:Experience in media, events, or production industry (optional, if relevant)
• Good organizational and time management skills
