Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and drive a team of Field Sales Executives for EDC (POS) machine sales and merchant acquisition in Mumbai. The candidate should have strong team-handling skills, a proven sales track record, and prior experience in EDC/POS sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives.
• Drive EDC/POS machine sales and merchant onboarding.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly team sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and coach field sales executives.
• Conduct daily field visits and monitor team productivity.
• Build strong relationships with merchants and channel partners.
• Ensure proper installation and activation of EDC devices.
• Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and share updates with management.
• Resolve merchant and team-related issues promptly.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 2–5+ years of experience in Fintech, Payments, or Merchant Acquisition.
• Minimum 1 year of Team Handling experience.
• Mandatory experience in EDC/POS machine sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Mumbai market.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
