Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing daily activities, appointments, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Organize meetings, events, and appointments.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping.
- Conduct research and gather information as required.
- Manage personal errands and administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with project coordination and special assignments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
