Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager – Agency Channel

Job Role
✓ Work closely with assigned Leaders and support their Agency Team growth
✓ Recruit Insurance Advisors/Agents using data and references provided by Leaders
✓ Conduct product and sales training for Advisors
✓ Support policy sales and lead conversion activities
✓ Drive business growth through Leader and Advisor networks
✓ Generate personal business and earn additional incentives
Key Responsibilities
✓ Contact and recruit Insurance Advisors/Agents from the database and references provided by Leaders
✓ Conduct onboarding and orientation for newly recruited Advisors
✓ Provide training on life insurance products, sales techniques, and customer engagement
✓ Assist Advisors in lead generation, customer meetings, and policy closures
✓ Coordinate with Leaders to improve advisor productivity and business performance
✓ Support Leaders in expanding and strengthening their agency teams
✓ Track recruitment, activation, and business performance of Advisors
✓ Maintain strong relationships with Leaders and Advisors
Required Skills
✓ Strong 2 + Years Insurance Background and Strong communication and convincing skills
✓ Experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Agency Sales, Recruitment, or Team Handling preferred
✓ Ability to recruit and train Advisors effectively
✓ Good presentation and relationship management skills
✓ Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
✓ Basic understanding of life insurance products and sales processes

Working Model
✓ Leaders will provide advisor recruitment data, references, and business support.
✓ The Sales Manager will be responsible for contacting, recruiting, onboarding, and training Advisors from the data shared by Leaders.
✓ The Sales Manager will support Advisors in policy sales and business development activities.
✓ The Sales Manager will work in coordination with Leaders to strengthen the agency network and improve productivity.
✓ Apart from supporting Leader business, the Sales Manager can generate personal business independently.
✓ 10% incentive will be paid on the Sales Manager's own generated business.
