Job Description
A. Order Assignment and Vendor Coordination
• Assign blinds and hardware orders to the appropriate installation vendors based on location,
workload, and capability
• Curtain installations are handled in-house; blinds and hardware are routed to third-party vendors
• Prepare and share daily job assignment sheets and route maps for each vendor
• Track vendor confirmations and flag any gaps or non-responses immediately
B. Customer Appointment Scheduling
• Proactively reach out to customers once their order is delivered and ready for installation
• Confirm appointment date, time, and site access details
• Send reminders to both customers and vendors 24 hours before the scheduled visit
• Handle rescheduling calmly and without delays if conflicts arise
C. Daily Vendor Management
• Build and share daily visit charts for Bangalore vendors directly
• Design route maps to optimise vendor travel and maximise installations per day
• Follow up actively throughout the day to ensure visits are happening as planned
• For other cities (Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR), coordinate with respective store
teams to ensure vendor assignments and visits are on track
D. Post-Installation Sign-off
• Collect photographic and video evidence of completed installations from vendors
• Obtain customer acknowledgement or satisfaction confirmation after each visit
• Log any issues raised at the time of installation with clear description and root cause
• Track all pending issues and drive resolution within defined SLAs
E. Issue Resolution and Escalation
• Manage no-shows, delays, and incorrect installations promptly
• Coordinate redo visits or replacements where required and keep the customer informed
• Escalate refund or remake requests to the relevant internal team with full documentation
• Ensure no issue stays open beyond 48 hours without a clear action plan
F. Tracking and Reporting
• Maintain a live master tracker of all installation orders across all cities
• Monitor TAT (turnaround time) from order ready date to completed installation
• Track and report: missed SLAs, redo jobs, vendor no-shows, and open complaints
• Maintain a vendor scorecard and flag underperforming partners regularly
• Share a daily status summary with the Founder or Operations Head
