Insurance Manager

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently as per organizational objectives.
2. Drive and maintain an appropriate business mix across Motor and Non-Motor insurance segments as per defined business goals.
3. Recruit, develop, and strengthen the network of agents, Business Associates, and channel partners.
4. Ensure activation and engagement of Business Associates for effective business development activities.
5. Take ownership of overall business profitability and revenue generation within the assigned territory.
6. Ensure renewal retention and maintain strong business relationships with partners and associates.
7. Identify, onboard, and develop new Business Associates and channel partners to expand the distribution network.
8. Conduct regular market visits to identify growth opportunities and generate new business.
9. Ensure achievement of monthly business targets and productivity goals.
10. Maintain timely communication and coordination with Business Associates, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
11. Efficiently manage company portals and ensure closure of pending cases within defined timelines.
12. Address and resolve partner queries, service concerns, and operational issues promptly.
13. Monitor and clear pending operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
14. Prepare commission/percentage structures and communicate updates to Business Associates.
15. Maintain proper records of communication, follow-ups, and business interactions.
16. Coordinate effectively between internal teams and external business partners for seamless operations.
17. Maintain accurate online and offline business records and documentation.
18. Ensure regular updates of daily work trackers and performance reports.
