Job DescriptionIndezon Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team in Uttam Nagar, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through calls and follow-ups.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with products, services, and processes.
• Maintain customer records and update information in CRM/Excel.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
