Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather industry, customer, and competitor insights.
  • Execute surveys and data collection activities to support business research projects.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare research reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
  • Support business teams with data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and reliability of collected and analyzed data.
  • Required Skills:Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, Pivot Tables, charts, formulas).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with data effectively.
