Telecaller

My Immigrator is a leading Study Abroad and Immigration Consultancy based in Mohali. We help students achieve their dream of studying overseas by providing expert counselling, admissions assistance, language coaching, and visa guidance.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Call prospective students and leads generated through social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Explain our study abroad, language training, and visa services.
• Schedule appointments for counsellors.
• Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
• Update lead details accurately in the CRM or Excel.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly appointment/conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure smooth lead handling.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Education Counselling.
• Excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
