Verification Executive

Job SummaryThe Field Verification Executive is responsible for conducting on-site verification of customers and businesses for telecom products and services. The role involves verifying customer details, business premises, documentation, and installation locations to ensure compliance with company policies before or after service activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer and business locations assigned by the company.
• Verify customer identity, address, and business establishment details.
• Confirm the availability and correctness of telecom installations and services.
• Capture geo-tagged photographs and GPS location using the company mobile application.
• Verify supporting documents such as ID proof, address proof, and business registration documents.
• Complete verification reports accurately and upload them within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).
• Identify and report any discrepancies, fraudulent information, or non-compliance.
• Coordinate with the operations, sales, and customer support teams to resolve verification-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Follow company SOPs, compliance guidelines, and safety procedures during field visits.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in the local language and basic English.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Familiarity with Android smartphones and mobile applications.
• Good observation and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple field visits.
• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in telecom field verification, KYC verification, banking verification, or field collections is preferred.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
