Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, monitor budgets, and ensure cost-effective execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of construction materials, and experience in billing and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis.
• Verify contractor bills and subcontractor invoices.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Evaluate variations and prepare change order estimates.
• Assist in tender preparation and bid evaluation.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets.
• Maintain project documentation related to quantities, costs, and contracts.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and progress verification.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company standards.
